The Cleven Harmony Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth through access to creative tools, mentorship, and education. Founded on the belief that every young person possesses a unique voice and vision, the foundation provides opportunities for artistic growth, personal development, and emotional healing through creative expression.
Our mission is to create pathways for success by offering programs that combine education, mentorship, and wellness. We provide a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their talents, gain industry-relevant skills, and express themselves freely.
Our vision is to cultivate the next generation of creators and leaders by:

Our Leadership Team
The Cleven Harmony Foundation operates through a dedicated team of leaders and advisors who guide our mission, oversee operations, and ensure each program reflects our core values of creativity, education, and community service.
Executive Leadership
Chairperson – Brian “Biggz” Booth
Oversees all board meetings and organizational strategy. Calls meetings to order, confirms quorum, introduces the agenda, facilitates discussion, summarizes decisions, and closes each session.
Vice Chairperson – South Cat
Supports the Chairperson and steps in when the Chairperson is unavailable. Provides insight and leadership during board discussions.
Treasurer / Financial Manager – Renika James
Manages all financial reporting and accountability. Presents financial updates, answers budget-related questions, and ensures fiscal responsibility across all programs.
Secretary – Monica Harrod
Maintains official records and documentation. Reads and distributes previous minutes, records motions and votes, tracks attendance, and ensures all proceedings are properly documented.
Program & Operations Leadership
Program Director – Monica Harrod
Oversees all education and community programs. Provides updates on ongoing initiatives, outreach efforts, and upcoming events.
Youth Outreach & Artist Development Lead – Teezy
Directs youth engagement and artist mentorship programs. Reports on training progress, artist development activities, and partnerships supporting creative education.
Administrative Assistant – Natefia
Coordinates logistics and board support. Prepares meeting agendas, compiles reports, and manages communication among board members.
Advisory & Strategic Roles
Advisory Board – Strategic Partnerships – Teezy
Cultivates community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Maintains communication with external organizations and identifies collaboration potential.
3rd Chair – Jay
Assists with discussions, planning, and execution of special projects and new initiatives that support the foundation’s mission.
Partnerships & Transparency
The Cleven Harmony Foundation is committed to growing with transparency and accountability.
While formal financial transparency reports are currently under development, we are actively building collaborations and volunteer pipelines through:
ForKids – Community partnership supporting family and youth development.
Old Dominion University (ODU) – Student volunteer and mentorship opportunities.
Norfolk State University (NSU) – Student involvement in outreach and education programs.
